Removing Your Information from Film Locations
Temporarily Closing a Listing
If you just need to take a break from bookings, but you are intending to come back to the site, then you can temporarily close your listing. To do this, head to your account, and your listings. On the listing you wish to close, there are three dots in the top right corner, hover over this and it will give you the option to close your listing. When you are ready to take bookings again, then you can repeat this process and reopen your listing.
Permanently Closing a Listing
We understand there are lots of reasons why you might want to remove your location from our site. If you need to close your listing for any reason, please get in touch with our support team who will be happy to help you with this. You can reach out at support@film-locations.co.uk or by using the chat button on the website.
We want every listing to have the best chance of success on our site, if there is anything we can do to improve your experience or help make your listing more successful, please let us know. We welcome any feedback or suggestions, we are always trying to improve and your feedback really helps us with this.
Deleting Your Account
Whilst we are very sorry to see you go, you are welcome to remove your account at any time. To remove your account and data from our system, please email support@film-locations.co.uk or use the chat button on our website and our team will begin the process.
Removing your account will remove all listings associated with your account, and all your data. Please be aware that your data will not be recoverable.
We would love to understand why you would like to close your account and if there is anything we can do to make your experience better and keep you as a valued member of Film Locations.
