Word-of-Mouth

One of the best ways to get some interest in your listing is to just tell people about it. Whether this is family, friends, or colleagues, everyone you tell is another opportunity to spread the work about your listing. Even if the people you are talking to are not in the industry, increasing this network, increases your chances of connecting to somebody who is.

Social Media

Have a personal social media account? Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or even a TikTok? Why not post regularly about your location, show off your location and make people aware that they can hire it for shoots. 

If you have a lot of activity at your listing, you have several listings, and you have the time to spare, then you can always make a dedicated social account for your listing.

If you are stuck for ideas of what to post, then check out some of the other listings on each channel, or you can even check out our Instagram. Why not post beautiful shots of your property, behind the scenes images and video, or just you having fun and enjoying your location.

You can use relevant tags to push your post to even more people, or if you really want to get the message out there, then you can sponsor your posts to reach even further outside of your online network.
