My Listing or Account Has Been Deleted
From time to time we remove accounts that we believe to be inactive. We come to this conclusion if we discover you have not been responding to bookers requests or to communications from Film Locations HQ.
We do this to ensure that bookers on the platform have the best possible experience, with unresponsive listings being one of the major reasons for bookers not using the platform.
You would have been contacted by email before we removed your listing with instructions explaining why we are removing your listing and what you can do to stay listed. This would have been followed up with subsequent reminder emails. If you did not respond in this time by making the requested changes, responding to booker enquiries, or explaining why you are unable to do these things, then you account would have been be removed.
We remove user accounts to keep our site safe and secure, and to keep in line with GDPR regulations. Unfortunately we are unable to restore any deleted accounts, as to comply with regulations all personal information is removed from our systems.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that removing your account may have caused. We would love to welcome you to come back and join us and make a new account and list your location with us again.
